Cheryll Williams was appointed the position of Executive Officer/Manager for West Coast Homecare in May 2009. Cheryll comes to the organisation with valuable knowledge and experience from the Office of the Ageing (OFTA). Lee-Ann Reid has joined the team in an administration role and Karen Carlson has moved into a Finance Officer role, Helen Dalby and Kay Pearce continue in their roles as Care Managers to provide effective co-ordination and delivery of case management, developing strong Service Provider/Stakeholder relationships and ensuring continual improvement by regular reviews.

 
West Coast Homecare and Alzheimer's Australia SA have joined in a partnership to provide local information, education and a support service to those affected by memory loss. Kay Pearce is the project officer and can be contacted at West Coast Homecare (Ph:86822177). Kay is also available to speak to groups as well as individuals. This is the first such country regional service.
